Description : Design , supply , Installation and Balancing of  120 Tons cold water  Air Conditioning system with four (4) Chillers  of 30 T.R. ea. , twelve (12) Air Handling Units of 10 T.R. ea., Extraction System with seven (7) extractors for a total of 28000 CFM and Monitoring and control system B.A.S. Building Automation System with Lon WORKS Brand Distech-Controls .

This system was designed to take advantage of the external temperatures of the city during all the year which are between 13ºC and 24ºC, lower than those generated by the internal thermal load. This accompanied by zone control system through 3-way valves per Air Handler Unit and strategically installed temperature sensors,  allow to obtain a double benefit that are renewed air 100% for the occupants and energy savings of up to 40% compared to a traditional system with air recirculation at 100%.

Description :

Design, Supply and Installation of six (6) AHUs  of 4500 CFM ea , with direct expansion cooling  for a total of 750000 Btu/Hr of cooling capacity and 10.0 kW  electrical resistance for heating to maintain clean room conditions  at ISO 7 and ISO 8 levels,  through air renewals (ACH) according to ASHARAE 70.0 standard, adjustment of  areas at positive and/or  negative  pressures in the same assigned areas and comfort by temperature and relative humidity control. This is supported by a DDC-type central control system with BacNET protocol , at different areas such as  delivery rooms, neonates ICU, pediatric ICU, adult area ICUs, Clinical  Laboratory and Special Samples Lab.

Installation and commissioning of a Chiller cooling system for navigation and combat equipment according to the supplied specifications and design for the German shipyard HDW, ensuring full completion and successful initiation in accordance with their high European standards.
